An appropriately designed, installed, and maintained mechanical system is a crucial asset of your building. Piping Systems

Equipment Installation

Metal Fabrication
Our in-house metal fabrication shop, with a wide variety of equipment, including: 20-ton break, 16 gauge shear, 75-ton Ironworker, metal rollers as well as aluminum, steel and stainless steel welding capabilities enable our team to fabricate all types of duct work, mezzanine components, metal stairs and rails, tanks and just about any type of custom metal project. Having this capability, along with highly qualified certified welders and sheet metal craftsmen gives us a competitive advantage in meeting tight deadlines.
HVAC
For 60 years, Evers Construction has specialized in heating, ventilation and air conditioning installation. Evers Construction has performed large and small scale, projects involving water and air-cooled chillers, geo-thermal, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, ventilation systems, dust collection systems as well as associated controls and energy management systems . We are advocates of energy conservation performance contracting, which saves the owner by reducing operating expenses of the system.
